Wenli Liu (刘文荔) was born in Shanghai, China. However, as a young child, Wenli grew up in Jiangsu Province, next to Shanghai. 

Wenli loved to draw and paint and embraced that passion in high school, where she studied fine art. Meanwhile, Wenli was certified to teach Chinese as a second language after completing the undergraduate program in Shanghai. Moved to Hawaii at the beginning year of 2020, and currently, she is working on her Master's degree in Art Education during her spare time.
